Immigrant Beginnings
In 1974, Joe Lepore immigrated from Bari, Italy with his family, carrying little more than determination and the belief that opportunity could be earned through hard work. With limited resources and no English language skills, he relied on discipline, long hours, and instinct to build a new life. Together with his wife, Maria, whose support was constant both at home and in business, Joe turned those values into action — laying the foundation for the Lepore family’s future enterprises and proving that resilience and work ethic can turn opportunity into lasting success

From the start, our family has believed that opportunity is built through work, not inherited. Each generation carried forward the same values — discipline, sacrifice, and the willingness to take risks — as the foundation for building something greater.
That belief took shape in 2001 with the founding of LCS Facility Group. What began with limited resources and long hours quickly grew into one of the industry’s most recognized service companies, employing hundreds of people and expanding across multiple states. It was proof that resilience, vision, and relentless work ethic could turn a small idea into a lasting enterprise.

As the business matured, Daniel Lepore brought his own entrepreneurial mindset to the forefront — always focused on adding value, improving operations, and positioning for growth. His leadership played a key role in building companies with clear exit strategies and in identifying new investment opportunities.
