Annette Cantilli

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Annette Cantilli is responsible for all the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and business relations. She also oversees and manages all human resources and facilities activities. Her career spans more than 20 years serving the Hudson Valley with varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.

Prior to joining Bright Futures Management Company in 2022, Annette served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer for Neave Group, a commercial landscaping company. Before that, from 2013 to 2018, she served as CFO for Crown Maple, the 3rd largest maple syrup producer in the United States.

Earlier in her career, Annette held senior-level positions in manufacturing and logistics, including PDQ Manufacturing Co., Inc.

Annette holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.

Annette is known to be a car enthusiast and in her spare time enjoys spending it with her family and friends at car shows and racing events.
