Daniel Lepore

Daniel Lepore, the eldest son to the Lepore family, presently serves as President of Bright Futures Management Group. Moving across New York in his early childhood due to his father’s career, Daniel moved to the Hudson Valley in 1994 and graduated from Spackenkill High School. Sharing his father’s work ethic, Daniel worked tirelessly during his teens and when given the opportunity to work for a neighbor’s landscaping company, he ensured to learn everything and more about business and the trade, leading him to endeavor his first sole entrepreneurial venture at just nineteen years old.

An accomplished strategic leader and original founder of LCS Landscapes, Daniel is known as the “visionary” in his family for his innovative, forward-thinking ideas. This alongside his adept knowledge of business planning and project management is what continues to allow him to develop and lead the direction of all Bright Futures owned entities. His desire to succeed and passion for business allowed him to thrive and gave him such a great sense of motivation and accomplishment.

Today, Daniel lives in Poughkeepsie with his wife, Michelle and their three children. When not strengthening their local footprint in the community, you can find this “power couple” spending quality time with family and friends or enjoying warmer weather at their Florida home.
