Domenico Lepore

Domenico Lepore, youngest of the Lepore trio was born right here in the Poughkeepsie area. Like his older brothers, he attended and graduated Spackenkill High School where he was a starting athlete for soccer. Domenico, who not only shares in his father’s love for soccer, but a knack for people, has also worked in many roles for LCS Facility Group learning the business from the ground up.

Experience ranging from building cleaner and projects technicians to operations coordinator and business development, Domenico’s well-rounded perspective of the family’s cleaning company is what has led him to take the leading role in its ongoing growth. It is his dynamic presence that is always setting the bar higher for his teams and the company’s contributions to support local causes and organizations.

Like his eldest brother, Domenico has also begun discovering his own entrepreneurial spirit by investing in a wine distribution company and obtaining his real estate license. Both of which he hopes to incorporate into the family’s continuously growing company portfolios.

In his spare time, you can find Domenico spending time with family and friends at local restaurants and community events. On Sundays, you can be sure he will be with his father watching soccer rooting for Italy’s national team.
