Joe Lepore

Joe Lepore, the Patriarch of the Lepore Family, came here from Italy during his young adulthood. Not knowing the English language and with the limited resources of a new immigrant family in America, he did what he knew best, and that was to work hard from the day he arrived and rely on his great instincts in how to create his own opportunities.

Working endlessly into a fledging career with the Marriot Corporation, Joe met his wife, and “heart” of the Lepore family, Maria in Canada in their late teens. Moving around New York numerous times to support his path, the two moved to Poughkeepsie when Joe decided he would take his chances and start his own business, which Maria yet again was supportive of and sacrificed much of her time with Joe during the building stages of the business.

After twenty years of challenges and triumphs, Joe has built and maintained the strong foundation his family has been able to grow and prosper from. Joe’s vision to create an organization based on long-lasting relationships and effective teamwork, coupled with his tireless entrepreneurial spirit has been an inspiration to his family, the organization, and the community. Even with the transition of day-to-day leadership to his three sons, Joe remains a source of knowledge and insight for both his family and business.

While you would expect a man with such success would be taking time to step back and enjoy the fruit of his labor, today, Joe is busier than ever. He is always looking for ways to expand the family’s footprint in Florida or give back to local community organizations.

When not working (rarely), you can find both Joe and Maria hosting Sunday dinner for their family and friends, traveling to their Florida home, and enjoying time as involved grandparents to the beloved next generation of Lepore’s.
