Joseph M. Lepore

As the second son to Lepore family, Joseph was just two years old when his family moved to the Hudson Valley. Upon graduating Spackenkill High School, he began working for the original family company, LCS Facility Group as nineteen years of age as an overnight floor technician, where he learned the components of the business. Simultaneously, Joseph would thrive in the world of “online-gaming” by participating and winning at international competitions.

With these talents and passion for technology, it was a natural extension that Joseph would evolve into leading the development and success of the growing IT requirements of the companies. One of his leading attributes to take the company remote has played an increasingly important role in the success of Bright Futures in the modern business world. Known as the “go-to-guy”, Joseph brings a fun, creative synergy and enthusiasm to the family and whole team.

In his spare time, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Also, an outdoor enthusiast, he takes advantage of any opportunity to hike new places or ride his ATV throughout the scenic Hudson Valley.
